Lexmark C925, Customer called as the print quality was really poor & the image wasn’t good on photo paper. After inspecting the machine, it turns out that the imaging units are totally worn. As you can see in the images the imaging units have lines & marks. Imaging units have a life of around 120K some get damaged before they hit their life limit. This can be caused by many reasons, thick photo paper will wear the drums out quicker than normal plain paper. New parts have been ordered & will fit once the customer has received them.
