Paper Jammed inside printer, Feed roller is totally damaged causing the paper to come out in the wrong angle and get stuck behind the tray. This then flags up an error code to say Tray is faulty. Removed the paper, replaced the feed roller and now all working. Also fully serviced machine on site.
